Optimai RM Cockpit is the workspace for relationship managers and client advisors in the Optimai Wealth Insights Platform. It ranks each day's client priorities with the reason for each, and brings together a portfolio overview for every client, upcoming maturities, income simulation, a one-page client review summary and search across the whole book. Every figure can be traced to the record or the rule that produced it.
It reads from the Optimai Investment Data Warehouse, the platform's verified source.
Relationship managers and client advisors start the day on Today's Priorities: the clients who need attention, ranked, with the reason for each. Alerts, upcoming maturities, opportunities and the day's meetings sit in one list.
Each alert names the client, the contract, the date, the amount and what's missing, such as a maturity with no instruction. Every row on Today's Priorities is raised by a named alert rule, so the count reconciles with the alerts screen. Where the data cannot support a figure, the figure is left out and the reason is shown.
One client, one screen
Every maturity and its instruction status
Solve the mix for a target yield
Thresholds each RM sets for their own book
One printable page per client review
Find clients by name, holding or AUM
The client review summary puts the client's assets under management, performance, yield, cash, upcoming maturities and current holdings on one page, with the points discussed at the last review and the opportunities to raise. RM Cockpit can also draft the meeting reminder email for the RM to review and send.

Alerts and triggers use thresholds that each relationship manager sets for their own book, rather than one rule set for the whole bank, so the list reflects how that RM manages their clients.
PAT, Optimai's portfolio AI agents, is available on every RM Cockpit screen. It answers from the same records the screens read, and can incorporate the bank's CIO insights into each client's portfolio review.
These are answered once for the whole platform, on the Wealth Insights Platform page.

A CRM records client contacts and tasks. RM Cockpit works from verified portfolio data: it tells a relationship manager which clients need action today and why, down to the contract, date and amount. It can sit alongside an existing CRM.
